Refund Policy
If you have a question about a charge or believe a billing error has occurred, contact our support team and we will look into it.
When we issue refunds
We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to treat every customer fairly. As a general rule:
If a billing error occurred on our end, we will make it right in full.
Monthly subscriptions are otherwise non-refundable once the billing period has begun. We do not offer refunds for partial months or for periods of low or no usage.
Goodwill
Outside of billing errors, we have no obligation to issue refunds, but we are reasonable and if you feel a situation warrants a conversation, reach out to support@floatable.ai and we will review it.
